Rules of commercial cooperation with Rafineria Trzebinia SA

Domestic clients applying for commercial cooperation with Rafineria Trzebinia SA on the basis of the contractual agreement are requested to prepare the following documents:

1. Current copy from the Polish National Court Registry / certificate of the entry in the business registry (issued 3 months ago at the latest);
2. Copy of the decision on assigning the Tax ID number [NIP number];
3. Copy of the decision on registering a VAT taxpayer.

Domestic clients intending to apply for commercial cooperation with Rafineria Trzebinia SA on the basis of the contractual agreement with the right to receive a trade credit and defer the liability due date are requested to prepare additionally the following documents:

1. Legal persons – authenticated copy of the memorandum of association/ natural persons - copy of the identity card of the person conducting a business activity;
2. Copy of the financial statement for the last 2 fiscal years (at least the balance sheet and F-01 form or balance sheet and profit and loss account, and in case of entities subject to reviews of financial statements complete financial statements along with the opinion and report of the auditor) and F-01 form for the last quarter. In case of companies which have simplified accounting reporting it is necessary to provide information delivered to the Tax Office for the last 2 years and the current year;
3. Original or authenticated copy of the current certificate from ZUS on not being in arrears with payments;
4. Original or authenticated copy of the current certificate from the Tax Office;
5. Original or authenticated copy of the current certificate from the Customs Office on not being in arrears with payments (if you are or were excise taxpayer)

Definite and detailed conditions of commercial cooperation will be specified in individual agreements with clients.
