An alumnus of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Rzeszów, post-graduate studies at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the Polish Institute of Internal Control [PIKW] in Warsaw. A graduate of the ICAN Power PRO program at the ICAN Institute in Warsaw. He has experience in management in public institutions, commercial entities and state-owned companies.
He commenced his professional career in 1999 in administration of the regional rank, ultimately performing the function of the Department Director, being responsible for implementation processes and procedures as well as for management of structural funds in Małopolska.
Regional Development Integrated Operational Program [ZPORR] 2004-2006, Małopolska Regional Operational Program [MRPO] 2007-2013. He is also a co-author of expert opinions and publications within the scope of financial instruments of regional policy, used to be a member of expert groups at the Ministry of Regional Development, negotiation groups with the European Commission.
Since 2009, associated with the advisory and consulting sector. He co-created Certus Partnerzy Sp. z o.o. where he was responsible, inter alia, for processes of preparation and implementation of investment projects, economic and financial analyses, acquisition of funding, project management. Since 2017, associated with Tauron Polska Energia S.A. where he performed the function of the President of the company: Wsparcie Grupa Tauron Sp. z o.o., among others, he was responsible for optimization processes, SSC construction in the non-core area, provision of support services for entities from TAURON Group and external client, construction and execution of the company’s strategy.
He has broad experience in areas of building strategies and development of business, take-overs and integration, improvement of financial results, competences of effective management of work of large teams.
Since 17 September 2018, he has been a Member of the Management Board of ORLEN Południe S.A.
