Rafineria Trzebinia S.A. in order to ensure the best possible client service established in its structures Logistics Office which deals with the process of planning, execution and control and economically efficient flow of materials for production and finished products in order to satisfy the client’s requirements.
Thanks to the efficient management of the supply chain of goods, materials for production and dispatch of finished products in Poland and abroad, Rafineria Trzebinia quickly and efficiently reacts to the needs of its clients.

The Logistics Office is also a Fuel Terminal with a reloading capacity of about 1.2 m ton yearly. It is located in the centre of the one of the most attractive geographic markets for liquid fuels in Poland. The location in the vicinity of a big railway junction point and A4 motorway, having connections with E 75 road – via the Terminal in Trzebienia it is possible to provide services to the whole Silesia conurbation, Little Poland conurbation and also ship fuels in the direction of Częstochowa and Bielsko-Biała.

Distribution of fuels into road tankers
Fuel Terminal is open at present:
- from Monday – till Saturday from – 6.00 - 14.00 on an ongoing basis (excluding bank holidays). The final working schedule is to be 24 h/7 days a week.

Rafineria Trzebinia S.A. has in its Fuel Terminal 5 fuel filling islands for diesel oils, lead-free fuels, light fuel oils including:
      -  4 islands with bottom loading facility
      -  1 island with bottom and upper loading facility   

The whole area of Rafineria Trzebinia S.A. is a tax warehouse which allows for accepting, storage, arrangement and dispatch of excise harmonized products in the procedure of suspended excise.

Dispatches in the procedure of suspended excise can be performed both in rail tankers and road tankers.

A big number of containers of various capacity (from 0.5 thousand to 10 thousand m3) makes it possible to provide logistics services for a wide array of oil products and biofuels.

The possessed logistical infrastructure and close cooperation with the laboratory of quality control of Ekonaft company allows for the production and storage of a wide range of fuels and biofuels ensuring the highest quality standards.
